I have a 1982 Deere 111 that I recently changed the drive belt on, and after 5 one hour sessions of mowing, I noticed a distinct lack of power as I was finishing up. The drive belt had jumped off the idler one adjusts (it is A in the attached diagram), and the belt looked rather worse for the wear.
