Amazon never received item. I did what any other sensical person would do, and I went to the Amazon website and tried to return the items— but this is the first issue I encountered. I couldn't find any option to return an item when the item received was not the one ordered. Seems like a use case that they are not expecting obviously, but it just happened to me.
